Refund policy

At FG Perfumes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, perfumes and cosmetics that have been opened, sprayed, or used cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards, decants, testers, and clearance/sale items are not returnable.


2. Return Process

  1. Email returns@fgperfumes.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm if your return is eligible and provide instructions.

  3. Items must be returned to us in the same condition in which they were received.

  4. Once inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.


5. Consumer Protection

This policy is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
