Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms of Service for Mufeed Traders Pty Ltd T/A FG Perfumes (“FG Perfumes”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Delivery Locations

  • We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners.

  • International delivery may be available on request — please contact us for rates before placing an order.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

  • Major cities & towns: 3-5 working days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 working days

  • International orders: typically 7–14 working days (excluding customs delays)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order value.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders.

  • International shipping is quoted separately.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

  • You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier cannot deliver, they may attempt re-delivery or contact you.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

  • If any items are missing or arrive damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery (including photos/videos) so we can assist with a replacement or courier claim.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs inspections may delay delivery, which is beyond our control.
