Biscotti Date Toffee is a 2025 Sweet gourmand from Khadlaj. It opens on coffee, dates and orange — the coffee brings a roasted, slightly bitter edge that keeps the dates from turning cloying, while the orange lifts the top with a thin streak of citrus. The heart is caramel, sugar and benzoin: caramel and the broader sweet accord (100% strength on Fragrantica's breakdown) do most of the work, with benzoin adding a warm, resinous thickness underneath. The base brings amber, sandalwood and vanilla — amber (48%) and vanilla (47%) carry the finish, sandalwood gives it a soft woody grain (27%) so it doesn't sit as pure dessert, and a powdery quality (28%) rounds off the sharper edges of the sweetness. Wide range of budget friendly to relatively high end priced perfume brands. Rayhan, Armaf, French Avenue, Brandy, Lattafa just to mention a few. They also sell a 10ml of any brand you like, good for testing before you commit to the whole bottle.

FG Perfumes is the sole South African distributor for Khadlaj Perfumes. Mohamed Iqbal Abdul Sattar founded the brand in the United Arab Emirates in 1997 and is still its master perfumer. Khadlaj makes Arabic and French perfumes, and oud and rose are its specialities.
