Fragrance Notes
The first impression, and usually the lightest part of the fragrance. These notes evaporate first, which is how a fragrance is built to open.
As well as the top notes fading, your nose adapts to a constant scent and stops registering it, while people nearby still smell it. Smell your wrist after leaving the room, or ask someone close.
The main body of the scent, emerging as the top notes fade. It shapes how the fragrance smells once it settles on skin.

Heavier molecules that evaporate slowly, like woods, musk, amber and oud. They are there from the start, and they are what remains once the rest has faded.

TL;DR
- Aromatic gourmand, lavender-mint opening
- Warm base of honey, tonka bean and tobacco
- Best for cooler evenings and layering under a jacket
Muharib opens with lavender and mint, a cool, herbal start that fades into vanilla and benzoin. The base carries the composition, with honey, tonka bean and tobacco building a thick, resinous warmth that lingers longest on skin and fabric, giving the whole fragrance real staying power well after the fresh top notes have gone.
What Does Muharib Smell Like?
Muharib is built as an aromatic gourmand, and the structure is straightforward: a cool herbal opening set against a thick, sweet base. Lavender leads, backed by mint, so the first impression is fresh and slightly medicinal rather than sweet. That contrast is deliberate — it gives the base something to push against. Underneath, vanilla and benzoin form a soft, resinous middle that bridges the top and base without adding much brightness of its own; benzoin in particular reads as warm and slightly balsamic, closer to incense than to dessert. The base is where the composition does its real work: honey, tonka bean and tobacco layer on top of each other into a dense, amber-toned accord. Honey adds a waxy sweetness, tonka bean brings its familiar almond-hay facet, and tobacco sits underneath both with a dry, leafy bitterness that keeps the whole base from turning cloying. Together they read as a fireside, after-dark composition — sweet but not sugary, warm but not heavy-handed. The general balance leans heavily toward the base: the top is short and functional, there mainly to introduce the fragrance before the honey-tonka-tobacco accord takes the lead for the rest of its life on skin. There is no citrus, no fruit and no bright floral anywhere in the formula, which keeps the palette narrow and deliberately weighted toward warmth rather than freshness.
How Does It Develop Through the Day?
The opening hour belongs to lavender and mint, and it wears close and cool against skin, more herbal than floral. As that top layer fades, vanilla and benzoin begin to surface, softening the aromatic edge and rounding the composition out. By the time the fragrance settles into its base, honey, tonka bean and tobacco have taken over almost completely, and the character shifts from fresh to dense. This is a fragrance that changes shape rather than simply fading: what goes on cool and sharp ends up warm and resinous, with the lavender and mint reduced to a faint background note by the time the base note trio is in full effect. The transition is gradual rather than abrupt, so there is no single moment where it flips from one register to the other. Anyone testing it fresh out of the bottle should expect the impression to change substantially within the first hour or two, rather than judging the whole fragrance from the opening spray. It is a composition better judged on how it settles than on its first few minutes.
Is It for Men or Women?
Muharib is built as a unisex fragrance. The lavender-mint opening and the honey-tobacco base both sit in territory worn comfortably across genders, and nothing in the note list points toward a strictly gendered composition.
Who It's For
Muharib suits anyone who wants a warm, resinous fragrance for cooler weather and evening wear, where the honey-tonka-tobacco base has room to develop. It works well layered under a coat, holding its shape as ambient temperature drops.
